The format
A day that
For leaders who want to lead with clarity, inspire people and stay successful in the long run – without burning out. From ten in the morning until eight at night, out of day-to-day business and right into the questions that everyday work leaves too little room for.
With Ali Mahlodji
“The philosopher of the world of work.”
Ali grew up in a refugee shelter, was a stuttering school dropout and had more than 40 jobs before founding whatchado. Today he is CEO of futureOne, a guest lecturer at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and has given more than 2,000 keynotes in over 50 countries. At the Future Leadership Day he is in the room all day – as host, source of impulses and sparring partner.

Three modules
-
Purpose
Leading with clarity
In times of uncertainty we need strong roots that show the way to clarity – personally, professionally and as a team. Because all outer leadership begins with inner leadership.
What Ali doesAli works with you on your why: on the inner alignment that makes decisions easier and priorities clearer.
-
People
Touching and inspiring people
What do people and teams need today, more than ever, to act from their full potential – and what holds them back?
What Ali doesAli shows how communication succeeds that is actually heard and turns employees and customers into fans – and how trust is built instead of merely demanded.
-
Performance
Lasting success without burning out
Leadership today is a competitive sport – and can only be won together if you understand the rules of real development in uncertain times.
What Ali doesAli translates these rules into your everyday work: with leadership and HR case studies and self-regulation exercises, so that performance doesn’t come at the expense of people.
A protected space
In between, special guests share on stage what they have lived through – openly and without staging. The room follows the Chatham House Rule: no pressure, no judgement, nothing to prove. Among people who think at eye level, real change becomes possible.

What leaders
“What made the Leadership Day special for me was not only the content but the design of the day: a framework of trust, strong speaker impulses and formats that trigger real reflection. That there is also a joint reflection afterwards as a kick-off into the new year makes the day sustainable for me instead of just ‘inspiring once’. Clear recommendation!”
